Unable to Change Goal in Health Tracker

Is anyone else having problems changing your goal in the Health Tracker? I'm trying to lower my goal for my ticker but when I go to change it just sits on saving and never actually saves. I have tried in two different browsers on my Windows computer and one on my Mac and it does the same thing. I left it saving for hours the other day and it never changed.

As a note, my ticker is also wrong compared to my weight logged.

Hi Erin,

Since our update you can change your weight by clicking the + in the pink box. If you do it the old way it will just sit there and not update. Here is a link to a post I did showing you how. Let me know if you need help.

Hi Erin,

Terri chimed in my thread and said she could get it to work. I opened an OH page in Google Chrome and click the + sign and tried changing my goal weight and not only did it update but when I went to the page that had my ticker and refresh I'll be darn it worked. Can you try again?

Dat's right....lol! Thought it would work Kathy. The weird wacky world of software and browsers. Tell your Tech crew that it works on Chrome...that will help them solve the issue on the other browsers faster.

Troubleshooting....gotta love it!

Yeah ticker is still not working (and I'm using Chrome).
