Instant miso soup from Trader Joe's. About 800mg of Na+ per serving. It's vvery salty so I use twice the water so get some extra fluid in too.
I add 2 oz of diced chicken and an ounce of mushrooms if I'm having it as a meal.
You can buy a big tub of miso paste at an Asian market for less that the price of one four serving box of this instant soup.
