OMG here we go again. You look too thin, you don't need to lose any more, yada yada
I am so fortunate that all my family and friends are supportive.I think people have just forgotten what a healthy person looks like. Sometimes they are just jealous because you have finally done something and are losing the weight. Just like it roll off your back. I would just restate that I'm fine and healthy.,then move on to another topic.
Ohh...i'm so in this boat. "You have such a pretty face" you don't need to have WLS...What people don't understand is: WE DIDN'T HAVE WLS SURGERY TO LOOK GOOD! WE had surgery TO LIVE!
Being MO or worse is not fun. Many of us live in physical pain everyday. Our quality of life is suffering due to pain of all sorts. I know people mean well, but honestly they need to open their eyes. Looking "good" is not an indicator of health.
Sorry for the rant.

Yes, when I started getting the "You don't need to lose anymore weight" and from people in WLS support groups...I just said...I weigh over 200lbs... I do not need to weigh over 200lbs...

When people say things about my weight, or that I am too skinny, I tell them immediately that they are being impolite. I have even told my mother that.
It's not okay to comment on someone else's weight. Ever.
