I just got back from a 6-mile bike ride on my lunch break. Whooooo headwind!

I'll probably see if I can go to the gym and get a bit of time in at the pool tonight after my toddler is in bed. I'm doing my first triathlon in 5 weeks and I haven't worked on my swimming in far too long.

I just finished my first week of weight lifting with a personal trainer. Today was leg day and while I'm not throwing around Arnold-sized weights, I'm getting down on it.

I did a 3 mile walk on lunch break. I am starting with a trainer on Friday!

I guess I'm a lightweight. I have a Tony Little Eliptical trainer that I use for 30 minutes a day--that's usually all I can fit in. Yesterday, I took my dog Fabio for a mile walk. He loved it. I'm sore. We live out in the country and the road is uneven, so it was harder than I thought it would be.

Yesterday and today are both the same exercise plans for me - I did 55 minutes (=1 Game of Thrones episode) on the elliptical machine early in the morning, and I've got karate class in the evening for an hour.

I ran 5 miles. Finally have my new shoes broken in. I did small hand weights pushups, sit-ups and stretches for an hour. my gym was closed today.
