Shape wear time.

As much as I hate to admit this, I'm afraid that it is time to look at shape wear. In the last couple of weeks my lower belly is getting irritation from my belt buckle. The problem occurs when sitting any length of time. I experimented but rotating the buckle to the side and it helped but wasn't a cure. I took an old dress belt and wrapped it around the old Buddha belly to contain its awesomeness and that solved the problem.

I will most likely have to order something online but i don't really know what to look for. I don't think that I want something girdle like but I would like something with 8-10 inches of coverage. My belly is 46 inches around but it is all soft fat. To gather it up it easily compresses to 38 inches. If want to be crazy I can compress to 35 but I don't think that I want that.

Please point me in a direction!

I've had good luck with compression shirts from Tesla (cheap on Amazon). They remind me to sit erect, since you can always feel the restriction.

I see several different versions of tesla. What version are you using?

You may want to go to a department store...and try on a few before you order any online. I did not like the shape ware with longer sleeves.I actually hated all share ware but could wear the ones with the shorter sleeves.

These are the ones I have: https://www.amazon.com/HOTER-Slimming-Shaper-Abdomen-Standar d/dp/B014KPN5LQ/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1490577430&sr=8-14&k eywords=compression%2Btank&th=1&psc=1

Under Armour is more comfortable, but these work really well and are cheaper. I had my tummy tuck, but I still wear them under my dress shirts because they smooth out my back skin well.
