NSV
So this past week my kids were off school for spring break and I had put back a little money to take them on a small trip to the mountains. We were in Gatlinbirg for four days. This is the first time in my life I have ever gone on a trip as a normal weight person. We walked and walked and walked all day long and everywhere in the mountains has stairs, my tracker counted between 11 & 15 flights each day. Every day I had no problem doing all the walking and stair climbing and by evening each day I still had the energy to keep going when my 16 & 14 year old kids were wore out. While I did allow myself a little treat while on vacation I still focused on protein and when I got home my weight hasn't changed at all. It was so wonderful to go on a trip and not feel like I had to watch my family from the sidelines and not have a single worry about if I was going to fit in a seat or be too heavy to ride a ride.
