My daughter was 5 when I got surgery, and she INSISTED I use her collection of Dora the Explorer plates and bowls. They were perfect for those small portions, and went with the baby spoons well.
Those plates look really nice. I wouldn't even mind having some empty space around the edges just to appreciate the design.

I have all white dishes and got some tiny white bowls from Amazon that are perfect for 3 oz of tuna. I also ordered little white appetizer plates that are about 4.5" square from there. Being on soft foods, I use my mini bowls far more than the plates now. I also had a set of demitasse spoons for a dessert set I had only used once so those have been great. Though sometimes I feel like a giant using them!
