Before and After Photos are such an inspiration!

When I first started researching weight loss I spent hours going over the before and after photos and dreamed big dreams of maybe...just maybe.

To upload before and afters go to your profile by clicking your user name. Left of the envelope icon, upper right.

Scroll down to the before and after section and click Upload Before

Select your before photo

Crop your photo and click crop and save

Repeat for your after photo. Click the icon that looks like mickey mouse ears and click the option to share your before and afters in our gallery to inspire others. Give them hope they can do it too!

I love looking at before and afters. What do you consider an "after"? I look pretty different but still have 20-30 pounds to lose...

I did post a "meanwhile" photo. Pretty big difference. I cannot imagine what I might look like if I lose any more weight.

The "meanwhile" picture t-shirt is my "She was Warned" t-shirt. I bought it like the day after that Elizabeth Warren situation. I just love the bright pink-ness of it and of course the message. It is totally me ;)
