Yeah, aspartame is a migraine trigger for me. Splenda is OK, but I sometimes get a weird aftertaste from it, so I went looking for alternatives. About the only thing I use the monk fruit in is my coffee, because I REALLY don't want an aftertaste with it. LOL :) I'm going to try using it in some cooking as I explore making some high protein things from scratch, but I don't know how it'll cook up yet. It's supposed to be heat stable, but you never know until you try it. :D

My Syntrax Fuzzy Navel is bright yellow/orange color. No clue what horrible chemical causes that very vibrant color but I love it so I am not investigating.

LOL. I drink Good Earth Sweet and Spicy herbal tea, which is very sweet and I do not think very many calories. Or mint tea which for some reason does not need sweetening. Stevia - yuck. Hate it.

I really can't do stevia. I'm a splenda girl and I'm unapologetic about it. My thought is that somethings gotta kill me eventually, I'd rather kinda enjoy life. Stevia is NASTY with a capital NASTY.

It's only Splenda for me. Even though there are new reports out that stevia can kill Lyme disease bacteria, I just can't

Hi PatR

Every time I do the pink/blue dance I keep hearing the old reports about it causing cancer in lab rats. But, but, but they said you would have to consume a ton of it. Well I don't want to do the math of what I took in daily times x years. NO, I am not putting a number in
