digestive probiotics does anyone take them?

I take VSL#3. Cheapest place I've found to get it is at Costco. There is apparently a double-strength formula, but it requires an Rx.

When I travel, I take Align, because it doesn't require refrigeration. I have IBS, and I find it very helpful.

I asked the pharmacist and he said the this Nature Made advance are not recommended for RYN's because these are made to make both intestines work and maybe too strong
