How many calories 0-3 months post op?
I'm at about 6.5 weeks out and my calorie intake ranges from ~750 to 1100 a day, usually depending on what my protein choices are for that day.
Our calorie guidelines for my surgery center for where I'm at right now all the way to goal are 1000-1200 per day.
The calorie goals are secondary to protein goals. Some people graze, some make poor food choices, some take in liquid calories... we have guidelines about all of this, but I think the calorie guidelines are meant to help provide additional structure in case people need that reality check. We are asked to track all our food intake as well.

That's an awful lot of calories so soon after surgery. I never got anywhere near that, and I'm probably a foot taller than you.
Nutritionists really don't know as much as they'd have you believe.

I am at about 600 / day now. I moved up to 800 and my center told me to back it down again when I had my last check in. I usually do 60 grams of protein, 600 calories and fewer than 20 carbs. They said to go up to 800 at 6 months. I track every bit on my fitness pal and I'm pretty satisfied at the 600 level.

0-3 months -- focus was on protein -- at least 65 to 70 per day. My calories were always under 500 and my carbs were under 30.
3 to 6 months -- protein 80 or above. Calories under 650 with carbs under 30.
6 to 12 months -- protein 85 or more. Calories under 700 with carbs under 35.
12 months to 2 years -- protein 85 or more. Calories under 800 with carbs under 40.
maintenance (currently at 3 years & 4 months) -- Protein between 70 and 90 -- Calories under 1100 with carbs under 40.
Edited to add: my carbs are usually below the limit -- averaged 20 or lower in the first year and I average 30 or lower now. I count TOTAL and not NET carbs.

Hi and welcome!
That's actually just my "ticker."
If you go to the cog wheel up on the right hand side -- it's between the plus sign and the bell -- and click on it -- then select "ticker" -- you can create one for yourself. Then you will let it be part of your signature line in the message board.
Hope that helps!
