Hello All,

I am fairly new to this site, I am scheduled to have my surgery in a few days on March 21st at Toronto Western Hospital and I am trying to get a few last minute supplies. One being the cream soups, which ones are safe to use and buy. I am totally lost with this. I live in Canada and I don't seem to find any low in fat, low in carbs, low in sugars etc. If anyone have any suggestions of what they used I would really appreciate the help.

Thank you!

Melissa

You may want to post on the ontario forum side for more answers...i just had rny on March 1 in Guelph and i made all my cream soups by adding skyr yogurt to any broths including tomato soup, V8, etc. it's very light and not at all tangy...and it's loaded with protein.

I'm in the US and I used the Campbell's cream soups with the bits strained out. I wouldn't worry too much at this point about low fat and such. You're not going to be taking in that much where you'll need to worry about overdoing it on carbs.
