Plus, I don't know, I figured I wouldn't care about the excess skin?

Gwen-exactly...and it didn't bother me so much until I started running and had to "compress" everything, to keep the friction rubs down...and keep the skin from knocking out the people around me...one way to take out the race competition, I guess!

I knew I would eventually probably want a Tummy Tuck. I never expected my face to age 10 years in 5 months though...

I think I looked older at 25 than I do now. I guess things for some people are different. Even though we all are connected by the same thing. Obesity.

This is me at 25

This is me at 49 and a half

If I knew I could afford to have plastics. But one of the reason I know for me I would become addicted. I am vane. So vane. I wouldn't stop. I would keep finding things wrong with myself.

In some ways I guess I look older if I closely examine my wrinkles, but in general everyone says I look 10 years younger.... some of it is genetics though. While my body was a hot mess of excess skin for someone whose lost over 200lbs my face/neck doesn't look bad.

This is something I considered right from the beginning but I needed a tummy tuck from my WL prior to WLS, so it was THERE yelling at me.

I apparently eat neater now... I knew that things were falling on my 'girls' because obviously they were front and center, and nothing could get to my stomach! But I've realized that now, expecting the food to fall onto my lap, I don't seem to drop food off my fork much, if at all, anymore...

So, what's up with that?

I have decided it's because I can actually reach over my plate now, no stomach in the way to get there (or girls, Gawd, there were times when the girls were basically sitting on the table in front of me - especially in a booth where I had no room to 'stretch out')...

Needing to raise my seat in the car/truck when I drive them... used to be Hubs and I basically had the same settings on the seat. Now, I'm raising mine up as far as it will go... I don't sit as high anymore!
