NSV!

I dashed up the 6 flights of stairs at work the other day and wasn't winded at all. I used to breath heavy for 5-10 minutes after walking up slowly pre-WLS. What a difference 105 pounds makes!

I have actually walked the stairs at work just because I WANTED to! We're only a 5 story building, and I'm on the 3rd floor, but a few times now I've walked up the 2 flights, back down the 5, then up to the 3rd floor... I actually feel good when I do that! (I should do that today! LOL)

Awesome!! I used to be so embarrassed to walk places with people cause it was obvious how heavy I was breathing.

I had an NSV this am- my son (who is 14, 5'7 and 150#) asked to look at my wedding rings. He tried putting them on and they were too small for him. I've resized them once already and they are too big for me again. I outweigh him by 45#, yet my fingers are smaller than his. Doesn't even seem possible.

I'm going to get a ring sizer today because I've gone from a 12.5 to less than a 10. I will measure again today.

9.5! Unfortunately they only had yellow gold sizers and I need a white gold one. They will order one for me.

I was a size 10 in my wedding ring before rny and at present my ring finger is a size 8... using cheap rings because I could not keep my original ring on my finger - it kept flying off at random moments. We joke about having to keep buying $11 rings... I am certainly a cheap date these days ;)

I can understand this. I have three rings. One is the original wedding ring. One for 5 years, one for 10 years. I have currently "lost" the 10 year ring in buckets, the shower, kitchen sink, pig feed, etc. I'm actually thinking that I can pull out the very modest original wedding ring and be just as happy with it as I am the 10 year and 5 year rings!!! Eventually, I'll have to get all of them resized (I was over 200# when we married).

Flying wedding rings...that's one of my biggest NSV's! They just fly off!!!
