23 day post op Dr visit!
Well today was they day that I went to the doctors to see how well I was doing! Starting weight- 283, surgery weight-268, 23 days post op Cw-249.6, that would be a 18.4lb difference since surgery and 4 inches from my waist! They r all happy with the results at the baractric hospital here in Windsor! Now to just keep up with the hard work we do and stay positive! I'm so scared of weight gain now! Wish I had done this a long time ago!
