Thanks for coming back. I personally appreciate all of you and your opinions, suggestions and advice. I have been put in my place by a Vet, and once I got over the embarassment and took a long look at the comment, it was exactly what I needed and completely justified.

So thank you to you all, and THANK GOODNESS YOU ARE BACK!!!!

I'm glad you were able to take a look back and see the comment from a different perspective. Believe me some people on OH don't/can't reflect on information given & takes things way too personal., then go off to live in bubble world somewhere & lose a lot of information/support in the meantime.

No one surgery is better than the other, what works for one may not work for another. T-Rebel

The honest, sometimes seemingly brash comments are what separated this place from the other WLS sites that I joined...

I quickly realized that this was where I wanted to be... I think I got myself slapped once or twice (and might again one day! LOL), but I was able to see the good information and well meaning intent... and plus, I laughed...

I still love this place, and of course, I stand totally behind and support all of the vets that are here. I hope one day to still be posting when I'm considered a vet!

I feel like I missed some drama.

I didn't see any 'interesting posts' But then again I have been so busy and not really doing more than popping on the last bit I wouldn't have noticed people were gone (Honestly if someone doesn't post for a week I just think they are busy, ya know?) if people weren't talking about it.

Referral TWH: Sept 2015 Orientation: Nov 2015 Social Worker: Jan 2016 Nurse practitioner: Feb 2016 Nutrition (group): Mar 2016 Nutritionist: May 2016 Psych: May 2016 Meeting with Surgeon: July 2016 Surgery!: Nov 2016
