Tried Crack Chicken for the first time and Another Stinkin' Stall!
Used the Instant Pot recipe someone posted on here a while back but made in the slow cooker. Wow, is it great! So tasty and so filling, and such great numbers. I used 2% milk cheddar and Greek cream cheese, so kept the calories down and the protein numbers up.
Had intended to have it over zoodles, but ate it solo instead because I've hit another stall, so trying to keep my carbs at 20 or less per day to kick the loss back into gear. I finally decided I can add veggies when I'm in maintenance, for now I need to focus on protein and good fats (kind of keto-style). Fingers crossed!!
Oh, I only eat non-starchy veg but I have Fiber One cereal with Greek yogurt every morning for breakfast to ensure I get just the right balance of fiber and protein every day, and so breakfast alone is 20 net carbs. It's the only thing that has helped me ensure no more constipation issues.
So since I'm trying to kick this stall, sticking to as few additional carbs as possible the rest of the day

I have the ingredients on my shopping list, Cathy! Sounds really good. I haven't been eating a lot of chicken because I had a hard time with it so this will be a great way to try it again. Looks awesome!
