Your doing so great! I get asked that all the time too about if I feel better now.  I'm always like...well I didn't feel bad really before.  I think folks just don't know how to respond to seeing such big changes in someone.  Keep up the good work! 

My usual thought is well, I'm standing in front of you, what is the big deal? Then I realized what they are really saying is, damn fat man!, where did you go? but they don't know how to say that. 

Hahahaha, yeah people that haven't seen me in a while have that deer in the headlights look of do I say something or not then they ask the do you feel better stuff. But your right many people don't know how to say something.
