Íve Tried everything in pill And chewable Form ( rampant early osteoporosis runs in my Family. )Try exercise and kale ((())) hugs its a very challenging problém. ( I have several different languages on my phone sometimes the editor switches and I have to fight literally to keep every word ! It's not drunk texting lol though it can be misunderstood as such )
