A moment to reflect on what you are grateful for
I'm grateful for my wonderful spouse, who has been by my side from start to finish in this process, to whom I fall deeper in love with hour by hour.
I'm thankful for my family, both for having them and for the fact they are 350 miles away and I don't have to deal with their drama unless I want to.
I'm also thankful that in 20 years or less, most of the Baby Boomers will be dead, and we may approach being a civilized society instead of a raging dumpster fire.
"Friends are like flowers; no matter how well you pick them, they all eventually die."
I am grateful for DH who has been a wonderful supportive partner for over 37 years. I'm hoping he retains his personality for a bunch of years (he has Alzheimer's). I'm also grateful for my SIL/BF and for my children.

February is usually pretty rotten in terms of the weather here, so to have a few of these lovely warm days is amazing.
Right now I am thinner than I can EVER remember being. I noticed my foot went a little numb. Oh, because I'm SITTING ON IT! I didn't even know I could DO that.
