Excited to maintain!
Most people fear plateaus, but I've been loving the 4 year stall I've been in.
Looking forward to a week long plateau this week. And another one next.

Because life changes are hard to deal with. I totally get that. I've found myself getting out of control- in my new form of out of control where it means an extra protein bar that day- when I can't deal emotionally. It sucks that I turn to food. Hoping things get better for you. )hugs)

Go You! Maintaining is a hard concept when all we have done is gone up and down out whole life...maintain? foreign.
I weigh daily and record once weekly. As I just came back from vacation and have been jumping around a lot since the holidays...which frustrates me... I looked back at my weekly weights and except for 2 weeks I have been in my maintenance zone since August.... I say it is +/- 165... and if I pop out of the 160's that is my "Oh crap" zone and the red flag goes up.... That was a revelation to me, and made me not be so hard on myself...
Maintenance- it is a ***** but we gotta do it. 2 months? score!
