Miralax lawsuit -- thoughts on this?
I know a lot of us use this daily in our lifes now. Its geared towards children who have had issues, but I'm sure that it could still pose an issue for adults, right?

Child and adult bodies react to things differently. Antidepressants can cause HORRIBLE issues in pediatric patients, but that fact has little bearing (AFAIK) on decisions to prescribe them to adults.

Interesting ... I have been using it daily. Will present at my drs. visit in April. Thanks.
OMG Chris! I used to give this to my daughter! When she was 4 she had some constipation issues and her Dr recommended 1/4 cap when she was having her issues. I can't say that it was for very long but Wow! Just thinking I could have damaged or killed my daughter because of doctors orders is scary! I take this daily! I suppose we all need to look into this.

I am skeptical of information listed on a law firm's site as part of a law suit.
If an ambulance chasers can get enough people to claim they were harmed by a drug they will file a class action suit. It's easier that actually practicing law. These "announcements" are basically ads. These bottom feeders give all attorneys a bad name.
