I was taught that it's rude to stick your butt in someone's face when getting to your seat in a theater or restaurant, so I'd face the people.

I also think it's odd to read "former fatty."  I'm pretty sure I'll always be obese, no matter what I look like on the outside.

I will always be a fatty on the inside.   That's going to keep me honest.  No ****

Last night I went out to dinner and sat in a booth and please note, I am still obese, but I put my boobs towards people when I get out. My boobs stick out further than my genie. It is a great feeling to fit in a booth again.  ANXIETY ELIMINATED.

YAAAAASSSSSS!!  When my boobs stopped sitting on the table, I was thrilled.

I typically exit ass in face.  For me it's less invasive than crotch in face.

Definitely face them.  I will look them in the eye while i sqeeze by.  Better to be awkward than to be rude and put your hiney in their face.

Plus, is you're single,  it could open the opportunity for "That moment".

As long as you say excuse me, noone should care.  You know, manners maketh the the woman ...   I've never got that close to a stranger that I've touched them getting out of a booth, but then I never go to Cheesecake Factory if I can help it - makes me nauseous just thinking of their humungous menu

RIGHT?  I stick with the edamame (plain, with sea salt) and a grilled artichoke.  I don't even open the menu.

I have a girls' night twice a month and we rotate who picks.  There are 10 of us, so it's only my choice every few months...
