Do you include your vitamins in calorie/carb totals

I'm so glad to get some feedback on this. I'm learning every day from this forum. Seeing the variety of ways that people achieve success is inspiring and educating.
Those calcium chews are yummy, but they annoy me in that they do add up quick when I'm eating so little!

I don't. I look at them as just part of my daily medications. The only thing I take that has a calorie count is my BA Calcium Chews, and that's 45 cals a day. Since I have to take them the rest of my life, I don't see the point IMHO. That will be a constant forever, so I just count everything else I intake.

Ouch! That's a lot for one supplement....a really healthy one though.

Yes, I log my vitamins in MyFitnessPal for 2 reasons. First, I use chewables and they have calories darn it, and second it helps me to remember to take my iron, since I seem to forget that one the most. I take that at lunch all by its lonesome :)
myfitnesspal had my vitamins already listed in the database. Yay!

I buy the disolvable bariatric calcium/D from Injury. 5 calories and ~1 grams carbs per 120mg tab. They taste like Sweet Tarts. No ingredients from China.
80 calories would be about 15% of my total daily calories, I'd rather have food but I'm on a Me to plan and switched to regular vitamins because of all the carbs.
I don't count them, because they're non-negotiable for me.
