Rule of thumb, anything that goes into your mouth you need need to count towards your daily calories or macros.

I'm so glad to get some feedback on this.  I'm learning every day from this forum.  Seeing the variety of ways that people achieve success is inspiring and educating.

Those calcium chews are yummy, but they annoy me in that they do add up quick when I'm eating so little!

I include my vitamins in my calories count so stopped using chewables and gummies EXCEPT for calcium.

I don't.  I look at them as just part of my daily medications.  The only thing I take that has a calorie count is my BA Calcium Chews, and that's 45 cals a day.  Since I have to take them the rest of my life, I don't see the point IMHO.  That will be a constant forever, so I just count everything else I intake.

calcium chews yes because they're a choice and a luxury item - I could take calcium tablets instead for almost zero calories.  But the rest of them - no.   They're required or I could get really sick - so like the above poster, I consider them medications.

Yes, I log my vitamins in MyFitnessPal for 2 reasons. First, I use chewables and they have calories darn it, and second it helps me to remember to take my iron, since I seem to forget that one the most. I take that at lunch all by its lonesome :)

myfitnesspal had my vitamins already listed in the database. Yay!

I buy the disolvable bariatric calcium/D from Injury.  5 calories and  ~1 grams carbs per 120mg tab. They taste like Sweet Tarts. No ingredients from China.

80 calories would be about 15% of my total daily calories, I'd rather have food but I'm on a Me to plan and switched to regular vitamins because of all the carbs.

I don't count them, because they're non-negotiable for me.
