Do you include your vitamins in calorie/carb totals

Morning everyone!
I am curious as to the "norm" here. My plan has me taking lots of supplements. All together they add up to about 80 calories and a few carbs even though they are sugar free. Are all of you including those in your daily calorie/carb/macros count?
I am on soft foods, almost three weeks out, and eating 750-900 (once) calories. I've hit my first stall...so I'm looking at everything very carefully to ensure I'm going at this 100% on point.
I know I'm right on track for a stall. Just curious is all.

Yep, I count my supplement calories and when I track every day it automatically gives me a breakdown of my macros. When I was in the soft food stage I believe I was eating around 600 -700 calories. I hit a plateau at 3 weeks too. Hang in there, if you follow your plan you will lose.

Thanks. That's good to know. I'm tracking everything. I figure when we put so little in our mouth it's good practice to do so.
It's amazing me that I can get in 800 calories. But wow...these dense proteins slow you down fast !

I count my calcium chews - they only have 15 calories, but they have some carbs so I include them to keep track of my carb total. For the first month my vitamin chews were my biggest source of carbs (something like 14g each twice a day). Those and the calcium chews were messing up my carb goal, so when I finally had the option of moving on to swallowed vitamin capsules, I went to those instead.

Absolutely. Everything that goes in my mouth that isn't zero calorie gets counted. It can add up, fast. At this point, 80 calories is a very significant percentage of your daily total.
