How do I update the weight loss ticker?

Hey, I am a newbie. I got my ticker on my page, Yay. ( but it was totally accidentally!) Anyway, l would like to update it but don't know how. Yikes! Any tips for the new kid on the block?

Click on your name in the upper right, then look at the symbols right below - pencil, mountain with sun, and chart... click the chart icon (it's the 3rd one). You should be able to change your weight there for your ticker.
