In our area of Oregon we have had an excessive amount of snow this year. Lots of businesses have caved in because of the weight of the snow. My roof held up and the snow is now melting off. It's been a rough winter all over. And I have been using my instant pot, it makes the best beans and so quick. Hope your weather improves soon.

Curious where you are Kathy. I am in Sacramento and so far it's been pretty mild. So far.
Stay safe, Kathy. Where in Northern Cal are you? My cousin lives outside of San Fran, in Walnut Grove, and my goddaughter is going to school at the Conservatory of Music in San Fran. Hope you'll all be safe.
On another note, do you recommend the instant pot? I am thinking of getting one when I reach the later food stages.
