How to feel satisfied...
I actually have had a DEXA, but it's been nearly a year. When I had it done, I weighed 175ish and my body fat percentage was around 32%. I'm nearly 20 pounds lighter now, so I'm due to get one. I can get a full DEXA scan here through Eastern Michigan University for $40. I think I'm going to treat myself on my next payday.
I think it will really help me to get a feel for where I am, thanks for the reminder. I'm going to make the appointment today.

Ooooo!! I keep forgetting about Eastern Michigan. I remember you posting you got it done there. I should come up this summer for a long weekend and get it done. I will make Bill get one, too!! (And Bill's daughter is a student there now.)

I definitely will the next time I stay more than 32 hours. Usually Bill comes here and when I go there I get there late on Friday and leave early on Sunday. This summer, for sure.

Is that an out of pocket cost?
I would love to get one done before my dr appt on the 16th to have all the ammo I need to get a DX on this wackjob body of mine (scales are useless). Im 25-30 min from EMU.

Yes, there is a nutritional health program at EMU and this is run by the students and teachers. It's awesome!
