I'm tired of having a weight issue.

Ava is a long-time poster with quite a history of posts like this. Most of us believe she's not a troll, but is rather genuinely mentally ill.

Wow that was a nasty comment

No it was not a nasty comment.  It is unfortunately the truth.  You do not know the posting history the OP has here.  This thread is actually semi coherent compared to what she has posted.

It is very sad that she doesn't realize how much damage she is doing to herself.  So many of us have tried to be helpful and supportive, but if we don't tell her what she wants to hear or shoot rainbows and unicorns farts her way she can get very nasty and resentful.  I fear one day we will see a post stating she has passed away due to her alcohol consumption.

Actually being realistic is not dancing around the issue. You can tell to some extent based on posting history tell that the op may not be all there, but mental illness should be diagnosed by a professional. In the past she also posted about suicidal thoughts. I really don't want to see her die by doing everything she can to be underweight by getting a surgery for 20lbs.

If people are basing their opinion of her over the many years she has been on here that she might benefit from therapy, she can either take their advice or ignore it.

I have NEVER posted about suicidal thoughts EVER . I enjoy my life way too much to even think about crazy things like that even momentarily.

If I'm unhappy I'll drink a little wine - im a European ... maybe make a fancy dish and invite hungry interesting artist friends over to get wasted and plot movies were writing and praying to  make .

My life is so worth living -,a stressful adventure every day but never boring lol

I saw a case like this on BP I think she ended up finding a surgeon in Korea to do her surgery.  Probably on www.sociopathicsurgeons.com

Yep, remember that one also. I believe she said that she was going to gain weight, so she could have the surgery (which still left her in the below BMI category).
