Truthfully? Yes, your ideas have been held by others. I mean, if there was a magical surgery out there that would let me eat pizza and remain completely wasted on alcohol AND stay skinny without tracking my food, I'd be asking for it in a heartbeat.

Problem is, this sort of delusional wish-making isn't held by anybody SUCCESSFUL.

Forgive me but I have to beg to differ. Please read the recent post by the DSer man who says he ate Mickey D's 3 times a day till six months ago. 

He sounds Very successful at least weight-wise

granted he's a man and they get away with MURDER lol

BTW, that's her cue to burst into tears and say how mean people are.  And that she's tried so hard, but the bariatric community is against her and doesn't understand her because she's so talented and cute and sexy.  

In her defense, our Ava has never done this. She has a long list of issues, but these aren't among them.
