Need to keep myself honest....
I'm happy to report that this has been a FAR better week for me (apparently routine and staying busy are fundamental keys to success for me). I have been near "perfect" in staying on plan, and am back down to 150lbs.
As a recap, I was 145 the morning of my hip surgery and 170 four days later when I returned home. Given my new hip weighs 2-3 lbs I am just about back to my pre-surgery weight. Maybe 2-3 lbs left to go and there is still some swelling remaining.
Thanks to all for their support and advice as I've battled my mental demons. It's much appreciated
