I have a funny story about deviled eggs, practical jokes in the family, and revenge.

Everybody is focusing on their egg boiling tips-- I want to hear everybody's Deviled Egg recipes!! Lots of mustard for me, please :) ... but I wing it every time, no set recipe.

Who has the best Deviled Egg recipe??

Mine is not really a recipe.  I add some mayo, little mustard, dill pickle juice and salt and pepper. Mix and stuff back into whites. For me, the pickle juice makes it. I have a friend who uses beet juice instead. Was pretty good.

  1. Do not use fresh eggs, make sure they are a good week in the refer
  2. boil them per usual
  3. as soon as the timer goes off, put them into ice water and just let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. the shells will come off like a prom dress. ?

We tried that once. They came out very brown. Maybe we baked them too long.
