I'm 10 days out from my Gastric Sleeve,  I had surgery on 1/31. I haven't dropped any pounds. Is this normal?

Yes... it will come.   Be patient... you think you are confused lol your body is seriously having a WTF moment.   You've had your insides pumped full of air and fluids, cut open, beaten up and sewed back together....

Relax, concentrate on healing, get your fluids and protein in and be nice to yourself.   If you can - stay off the scale - it's just going to mess with your mind at this point.

It took me a week just to break even from the extra surgery weight. It's frustrating. Stick to your plan, and you'll do just fine.

I gained 19 pounds after surgery. It took me 9 days to finally break even, but then the weight started dropping off at a pound or two a -day- for about 2 weeks.

Now its a more reasonable 4-5 pounds a week, lol

Hi My dear dont be discouraged. You will start losing the weight. make sure you walk alot, it will just melt off. try to walk at least a half mile or so a day. exercise is the key.
