What are your routine/s to start the day?

Up at 5:30, 750ml of COLD water. 45-minute intense body weight bearing exercise which is also my cardio (using a TRX system). Shower, egg white shake (the equivalent of five egg whites, with some raw spinach). Enjoy some of the Bob and Tom show while catching up on paper and various email, builtin boards, FB et. al. 7AM, want to go back to sleep. zzzzzzz
