4 week Liquid diet? How did you do it?

You can do this! Just think about your ultimate goal. It will give you a great head start and won't be as bad as you think after the first few days.  Keep busy so you won't be thinking about food.

Just remember that the feeling of lack of energy has nothing to do with not eating. We morbidly obese carry a ton of excess energy around with us. The lack of energy is just our brains convincing us we should eat, when we don't need to.

I get chicken broth from the chinese restaurant as well.... tastes like chinese food...

Make sure you keep your fluids up...that will help as well.

Oh really? Well good luck, I'll be starting in a week or 2. I will do it but I'm probably going to feel very weak and grouchy.

Haha...I haven't started yet. I still have to set the date with my surgeon and then my liquid will start a month before that. ?
