Looking for Brands/Recipes For Low Sugar/Low Carb Condiments/Sauces, Etc.
I created a great sauce/dressing that I use for salads, meats, veggie dipping, everything....
Balsamic Vinegar, mustard and stevia to taste.
Get a salad dressing bottle, I use the vinegar/mustard ratio 3/2. I fill the bottle up to the 3 oz line with Balsamic Vinegar, add 2 oz with mustard (you can use yellow or any spicy mustard you want) add stevia to taste. It's up to you how much sour/sweet taste you want. Shake well and there you go! It's easy and I LOVE IT!

Yes jarred gravies are pretty low calorie in general, don't have to be a special brand...it is the sodium that will get you if you are sensitive to that.
I find just checking the labels of regular BBQ sauce you will find some are much lower sugar than others...
You can mix up your own honey mustard sauce with some mustard and mayo or greek yogurt and use a little sweetener to give it the sweetness.
I like to buy Tzaziki sauce- the greek sauce made from yogurt, cucumber and dill.
Marie's salad dressing while high calorie are low carb. I like to keep a jar of the Cesear in the fridge. It is very thick, a dab will do ya on chicken... I do not use it on salads, would end up using way too much....but for chicken a little goes a long way...
Simple marinades:
Lemon, garlic, olive oil (even though there is olive oil in the marinade, you will not have a lot of it on there when you actually cook it.
Sauce for cooking over boneless chicken or pork loin - 1/2 cup dijon mustard mixed with 1/2 cup something sweet. The sweet can be SF Maple Syrup, also have a pineapple habanero sauce I like to use. By using mustard you are cutting any sugar in half, and the amount that is actually on the meat when you eat it isn't much...
Another topping for fish fillets or boneless chicken- baked is to take a mix of either all mayo or mayo and greek yogurt add some garlic powder and parmesan cheese...mix it all up, kind of smear a layer on top of each cutlet and bake until cooked and browned.... yummyness... I have never tried all greek yogurt...
I know you can buy SF Heinz ketchup in the store usually...

Walden Farms makes some great no-carb/calorie-free stuff. They sometimes have them at Safeway, but I usually have to go to Sprouts or Whole Foods to buy them.
