I totally have self doubt everyday...I am going through a weight loss stall (almost 6 months post op gastric bypass), I have flabby skin, have a saggy chin, my hair is falling out, don't feel like exercising as much, etc.... So yeah, I really need this today, just to know that I'm not alone...and more power to the person that doesn't have it, I only wish that I felt the same...but on a brighter note I have lost over 75 lbs and my labs are perfect considering that I has very high triglicerides, cholesterol and hormones that were out of wack...and I feel so selfish for feeling this way when I am so blessed to have had the surgery and for my weight loss. Just the raw truth...
