I was taking a shower tonight and accidentally poked myself in the belly. Feeling something hard, I felt a wisp of worry that maybe I'd developed a tumor or something, so I felt around a little more.
That hard stuff under layers of skin that used to contain an extra 150 lbs of fat?
Turns out it was abs.

I am constantly feeling up my bones!
I do it in bed, and I find myself doing it at random times, like when I'm shopping and standing here, I just start feeling all around! I wonder if people can tell I'm doing something strange??!

You know my underwire bra has been bothering me lately and I think it might be because I don't have fat padding under it now!

Totally understand. Two that sick out in my mind is the lump at the bottom center of the ribs, which I had never noticed before, heck couldn't notice the ribs either. They were hiding behind too much padding. Was told it was a normal part of the sternum. Second is when I could clearly see as well as feel both my pacemaker/defibrillator and the leads coming off of it.
You're a child! How can you have a pacemaker?!
