A coworker told me to go first at the microwave during lunch time because my food takes so little time to heat up.
I'm able to walk normally between the phone pole and a vehicle door loading dock.
I'm in the last hole on my belt. For the third time!
I can chase my seven-year-old and still pass him.
To quote a comedian, I can now "have sex without it looking like I'm grabbing a hold of an electric fence".
I unloaded 3 pallets of freight the other day that had approximately 200 boxes on them and I wasn't "winded" afterwards.
Woo hoo!

Sex is definitely so much better, simply because things fit together better, and in many more ways, too

Sex has always been awesome because of my sweetie. I will say that losing weight has resulted in an additional 2.5 inches of usable "confidence". The door has been opened to new possibilities too
All awesome! Congratulations :)

These NsVs can pop up in the most unexpected places (pun intended with the previous sex references!)
i just underwent hip replacement surgery on Monday (Birmingham Hip Resurfacing to be specific) and I got endless unintended compliments. Pre-op they were making comments like "oh, this will be a piece of cake on a skinny guy like you" or when talking about recovery/rehab time the PT says "well, it's different for everyone, but with someone as thin as you are I would think you'd be off your walker in like 2 weeks". It was non-stop. Hard to get your head around being the thin guy when you've been the fat guy your whole life.
There was a scale incident at the hospital as well. Apparently when they got my pre-op paperwork it had my current weight on it. However, the hospital had prior records for me that had my old weight on it (333 vs 146). The intake nurse (before she even saw me) had me re-weighed on my way in because she assumed there had been a clerical error!!
All good stuff!!
