Ulcer-Instant Pot was a life saver!

HI Gang,

Just a short note to thank those that promoted, discussed and ultimately told me about the really great sale on an Instant pot.

Things are not going well with my STBX husband and the weeks from Xmas-thru the second wedding anniversary to New Years was just complete hell.

I got so upset, that I gave myself an ulcer!  Upset, too much expresso, etc etc.

Anyway, the doctor put me on ulcer meds and required me to eat liquids for two weeks and moving on to soft foods.

The instant pot was a life saver. I made some really awesome soups in it, including a broccoli cheese one!

It does hard boiled eggs really well (the peel/shell just fall off in easy chunks)!.

Now that I am on soft foods, I am going to work on a thick black bean soup.

So thanks for telling me about these instant pots. It literally helped save my health!

Thank you for the well wishes.  His stuff got moved out Friday (i.e. yesterday). The atmosphere in the condo feels entirely different AND better.  It is going to take me a bit to clean up, reorganize and my home to where I want it.

And then, I must save to have my living room painted!  :)
