What's this "Hag" business? Newcomer needs to know.
Since joining OH yesterday (the day before?), I've seen a number of people who have Hag in their names in one way or another. There's Grim Traveller/Boy Hag, Julie the Science Hag and [...] Hagalicious. It's either an OH thing or I'm living in a tree. The only thing I can think of is Hagaddah, but I feel in my marrow that that's not it.
There are some of us here who also like to keep it real. A while back someone didn't like what 1 of us had to say & called us hags. We took the name, ran with it & made it our own. That poster is gone & the rest of us are still here. Some kept the hag in their username & some dropped it. The rest as you can say is history.

Since people seem to be coming up with their own definitions, by the time I get to HAG status, it will mean Hot And Geriatric!
