I'm 4 plus  years out and have met many goals already. Here are met goals: get to 165,get to 145 (doctors goal weight),maintain weight at 120 ish,do a 5k (done 5 so far but walk 5k every single day with my boxer Lily,be off cholesterol meds,be off diabetes meds,be able to sit in a booth without worrying if I'll fit, go grocery shopping without any people staring in my cart to name a few. There are some goals that I have yet to do:zip lining and doing a 10k sometime in the future and lots of adventures camping and hiking with my hubby and boxer Lily.

My First goal was to be off my blood pressure medications, and that was achieved. My highest blood pressure prior to WLS was 195/160, RESTING... my current blood pressure ranges from 115/70 to 120/80

My second goal was to have more energy; that was achieved, being able to work out in a bootcamp style routine

My BIGGEST goal was to hopefully one day sustain a pregnancy. I was told from the time I was 15 that it would be difficult (one day) for me to get pregnant. I was Diagnosed with PCOS, on meds... not fun. I did my research and found that the healthier my lifestyle was, the "easier" it would potentially be for me to get pregnant when that time came in my life. I am happy to say that I am 21 weeks pregnant!

I will admit, my second goal has been shot because this child is draining the energy right out of me!!! But, I couldn't be happier!

I walked 2.7 miles today and my feet and ankles are super annoyed with me....so the first goal that comes to mind is to be able to move like a normal person without pain.

Here are some others:

1. Get back to my post-banding weight
2. Get down to onederland
3. Steal my husband's tshirts (I'm in a 4x, he's in an XL and he has much cooler tshirts than I do...but they will be mine yessss )
4. Ride my bike without having to walk it up the hill we live on
5. Shop in normal stores
6. Keep up with my kid
7. Wear a bra without an extender

I'm sure I could think of more but that seems to be a good start!

My doctor was asking about pain in my hips or knees, but I said those are fine, it's my feet and ankles that hurt... I literally feel your pain and can't wait not to feel it anymore.

occasionally my knee will be cranky with me but on the whole it's definitely my feet and ankles that are the worst!

I had 200 to lose and I was able to move and do after the first 100 pounds.  Unless I really do something stupid I don't feel any discomfort at all. I guess I just had to dump that 200 pound monkey on my back was all
