You've got this oldie. I don't understand why docs give us such high goals. After a lifetime of feeling like less of a person it would have been real easy to sell myself short and stop at the 145 my surgeon said. I sure am glad I didn't as I feel so much better at 118 is than at 145,especially with my rheumatoid arthritis.

well i have lists/stages of goals.
- Get to Pre-band failure weight
- Get down to lowest post baby weight (and fit into my cute dresses I bought when i was at that point)
- Get to Onederland
- Be able to wear heels again
- Fit into my wetsuit
- Get to pre-baby#2 weight (6lbs to go)
- Get to pre-baby #1 weight (18lbs to go)
- Get to band maintenance weight of 4 years and all the rest of my cute clothes (28lbs to go)
- be in the 100lb weightloss club
- Fantasy goal is to see if I can beat #9 and get to my lowest adult weight and a normal BMI and buy a bunch of new cute clothes
With my regain I decide to set goals to help me get back on track. This year one of my biggest goals is to drink more water and cut back on the amount of diet soda that I was drinking.
So far since the beginning of the Year my water in take has been great and when I go grocery shopping no Diet Sodas have made it into my grocery cart.
Next goal is to start back into a regular exercise routine.
