Kathy you are always so kind and inspirational. I have been working through a lot of crap. With being an alcoholic and food addict. I feel the same way about pretty much all addiction shows.
I identifying and not comparing can help while watching. Maybe down the road I will be able to watch.
I give credit to those who put themselves in the light to show everyone what they are going through.
It is a healing process.
