I don't think they are going out of business but have a very small company and tons of demand.

I just placed an order through email with my contact and they responded right away but it was weird because they usually contact me since I won a years supply of the patches. But they were very prompt when I emailed her and placed my order. Hopefully they're just a little backed up is all.
