How do you get 80 grams of protein in + 64 ounces of water?!?!

The SynTrax Nectar protein drinks easily mix with water and can count towards both goals.  They have a lot of fruity flavors. This is what I did to meet my protein and fluid requirements.

Remember that if you are having a protein shake that that fluid also counts towards your 64 oz.  But it's always having water by your side.  Having water in your car.  I invested in these Contigo travel cups - I got the kid that don;t still if they tip.

The Syntrax uses whey - which can be a problem for me since I can no longer have lactose.

It looks good though :)

100 percent whey isolate is lactose free. Whey concentrate has lactose.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
