That was easy!
The packaging isn't so much for us to be bilingual as it is to help people that speak only English or only French. Or mostly English or mostly French. There are several regions where French is the predominant language - I think mostly in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. This allows products to be sold nationwide with one set of packaging. Sometimes for a challenge I will read the French version and compare to the English, but like Daizy I only took French until highschool. Also, there are only a few careers here that would require someone to be bilingual, and more and more companies are looking for people that can speak other languages such as Mandarin, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, etc.

Hey is Nova Scotia its own Country? (inside joke OH people, from a party we went to on Christmas Eve)
And for the record I took French from Kindergarten up into post secondary, I can read, write and speak it a bit but like most languages, if you don't use it you lose it MERDE (**** in French) !!!!
