Looking at that picture of optifast brings me back to what feels like ages ago. But in reality was just over 4 weeks ago! I went with all chocolate so do let me know what you think about the vanilla!

I'm so excited and happy for you, one week to go, it's going to fly by and before you know it, you'll be on the other side!!

Hey, someone put foreign writing all over your Optifast packages.

Just curious, because Canadians are exposed to both languages on all packaging, do you think that it actually helps people become bilingual? Or does most everyone tend to just ignore the French?

We take French and English in school. I started in grade 4 and still remember some. Enough to help my kids with their French homewor****il they got to high school. When I was taking French I used to read both languages but for the most part I don't even notice. I didn't even catch the French on the opti until you pointed it out. 

Mu my best friend took French immersion from kindergarten until graduation. Met and fell in love with a guy from Florida a year later. Now she lives in South Carolina and I don't think she's spoken a word of French in 25 years.  Lol
