full but always feeling hungry

i did the back on track with members from my local WLS support group, i believe i am back on track. I have lost 8 pounds so far. so i am now on a losing streak. ty all for your comments and support

A lot of good advice here so I'm just going to add that 2 chicken legs and veggies wouldn't make you gain weight. Many times it isn't the amount you eat but what you eat. 

You said you eat a lot of bad things, so I'm assuming bad carbs and unhealthy foods. If you stick to the basic program with protein first, get all your water in, get all your required protein in, log and study what you eat at the end of the day to continue to make healthy choices, the weight should come off.
