Also a good pro-biotic or yogurt can help. When my daughter was an infant she had this issue, weird I know. I started feeding her yo-baby and it cleared up.

I second the deoderant comment.  I still use it under my new extra floppy breasts and in any creases or folds to prevent yeast infections.  I have done that for years.  It really does help.

Not to be too personal -- but do you get raw/red in your skin folds?  

I am wondering if you may have a yeast overgrowth in you folds -- that is exacerbated by sweat and chafing.  The diluted vinegar is good for this -- but also a good diaper rash cream with zinc oxide is also good.  When I was very heavy, I did use the deodorant method suggested -- but if I was at all red or raw -- then I would go to Burt's Bee's diaper rash cream with a handkerchief (cotton) laid over the areas until it healed up.  I found the smell was often from untreated skin/yeast infections in the folds.
